Return and Refund Policy

At New Atmosfera, we value the quality of our products and our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable European Union legislation, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@newatmosfera.com, indicating your order number.

2. Conditions for Return Acceptance

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

Show no signs of use, washing, or damage;
Retain all original tags/labels;
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible;
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or one that differs from what was ordered, you must contact us within a maximum of 7 days of receiving the order.

After reviewing the situation, we may replace the item or issue a full refund, at no additional cost to the customer.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days; processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.

5. Return Costs

Except in cases of manufacturing defects, order errors, or legal obligations to the contrary, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 6. Products Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns of:

Personalized or made-to-order products;
Gift cards, where applicable;
Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration.
7. Exchanges

At this time, New Atmosfera does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different size or model, please place a new order after the return and refund process has been completed.
